  • Mayonnaise- Adds creaminess to thesauce.
  • Sirachasauce- LikeHuy Fong Siracha. This is the best way to add some heat!
  • Freshlime juice- Just a little bit goes a long way!

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

  • Purplecabbage- You can also use acoleslaw mixor a simplecabbage slawfor this.
  • Avocado- Sliced or finely chopped.
  • Crumbled cotijacheese-Shrimp recipesalways pair well withcheese!

STORING AND REHEATING

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 6 small tortillas flour or corn

Cream Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Optional toppings

  • 1 cup cabbage purple, shredded
  • 1 avocado medium, sliced
  • 1 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • cilantro garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with the olive oil to coat.

  • In a small bowl, stir together the seasonings, then add to the bowl with shrimp. Lightly toss shrimp with seasonings until well coated.

  • Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes, until shrimp is cooked.

  • While the shrimp is in the air fryer, in a small bowl, stir together the mayo and hot sauce. Cover and set aside until tacos are assembled.

  • Once the shrimp is done fill tortillas with shrimp, then add additional desired toppings. Drizzle spicy sriracha sauce over tacos before serving.
