      I have been coming tothis location roughly 6+ times ayear for several yearsnow. Iwas there Wednesday and was taken care ofby Crystal, who makes everything quick and painless. Wehad aquick exchange about Halloween and family, and Iwas onmyway. Thank you Crystal, you and the women atthis location are wonderful.

          I amvery nervous when itcomes toblood draws asI had abad experience somewhere else in2017. Itwas myfirst time getting blood work since and Iwas amazed. Ichecked inwhich was very quick and easy then Iwaited for under aminute before Iwas called back. Itold the awesome lady I’m ahard poke and afainter which she didn’t sound annoyed atall byit and even reassured meand itwas over in2minutes. She kept talking tome todistractme, Iwish Iwould have gotten her name.

                Took meas awalk inafter many days oftrying. The phlebotomist was great, very quick yet personable. The sign inprocess was very easy and gives the option toget atext soyou can wait outside till your technician isready

                    Had aterrible experience atquest today. I’ve never had issues before however, when Iwent inand saw Crystal today she was very rude from the first second. Ihad waited about anhour and half asI was unable tomake anappointment for thatday. I’m not sure what her skills are asfar asblood draw, but her customer service skills are severely lacking. Very rude, short, and extremely irritated bymy questions.

                        Absolutely horrible staff. Incompetent and rude, made mewait anhour after myappointment (which was for a2year old) then told meto come inand when Idid Iwas told towait tobe called!! Don’t goto this quest, the worst service ever!

                          My experience atthis quest was byfar the worst experience I’ve had inmy life, and I’ve been getting monthly labs for 15years. Not only was the woman’s attitude appalling, but her office was not clean, and she was VERY frustrated and took that frustration out onmyarm. She shoved the needle inall the way and then realized she wasn’t supposed toand pulled itout almost all the way and then out itback infurther which caused extreme bruising onmy arm almost immediately. Iasked questions and received short answers with attitude and frustration. There were used gauze pads onthe floor upon entry and she used tape that was already peeled and stuck stuck onto her table tocover myarm. She asked mefor aurine sample and told meput iton the sink when I’m done. Iwas given anunlabeled cup and told toplace itnext tosomeone else’s unlabeled urine sample. She closed her office door and Iwas never told ofo was done with testing orgiven proof that Ieven got the testing done asI usuallyam. Ilogged onto the myquest app tolook for mytest and itdoesn’t have any recollection ofme ever getting testing done.I asked ifI would beable toreceive acopy ofmy test results and was given anattitude and told itwould have tobe mailed. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable ina healthcare setting inmy life. Iwill becontacting ahigher up– show

                            Some ofthe nurses don't dowhat they tell tou like they don't send ureports inmail instead oftaking all information and procedure and they don't greed uproperly and also they don't talk nicely it's vierd

                              Wonderful experience! Checked invia text message, sat inmycar, and 2minutes later got atext tocome oninside. Felicia was there waiting tousher mein. Super friendly, put meat ease, drew blood quickly and easily. Was very patient explaining one ofthe additional tests that needed tobe done. 5stars. Very happy!

                                  Absolutely terrible service. “Lost” our first appointment and attempted towait 2hours asa walk induring first visit tothen told they could not promise we’d beseen beforeEOD. Noinformation shared onon our place inline, sohad toleave because myaunt isdiabetic and needed lunch. Waited over anhour the second day with aconfirmed appt and with several angry others inthe waiting room. Rude staff and very impersonal waiting iPAD room experience that many customers seemed tostruggle with. Gosomeplace else.– show

                                    Made anappointment one week ahead oftime toavoid the long wait associated with blood labs. Came infor myappointment 10minutes early. Looking atthe list ofappointments, there isalready anhour long wait, somuch for having anappointment… Welp, gets worse; People come in10minutes late for their appointment andyet, these late individuals were seen beforeme. What's the point ofhaving anappointment torespect others time when mytime was clearly disrespected. Disappointment isan understatement. Ido not think Iwas the only one getting shuffled around inthat waiting room– show

                                        I walked inon Monday. Signed insat down assoon asI pulled myphone out toplay onit Iwas called back todo myblood work. Wow fast! Other people was inthe waiting room waiting. With appointments. One phlebotomist only takes the walking inpatients the other phlebotomist takes appointment patient. Will goback again.

                                          They are soslow. The screen will let you know a5min wait time, which turns into about 45min. Soannoying.
