The Sidemen Charity Match is finally back and this year’s event will arguably be the biggest and most spectacular edition of the game since its inauguration in 2016.
KSI and the Sidemen crew, alongside some of the most popular YouTubers in the world, will take on the pitch once again in one of the most popular annual events in the social influencer realm.

After a 15-goal thriller between the Sidemen and YouTube All-Stars, with an iconic performance from iShowSpeed and an open-play goal from Vikkstar123, the social media stars were presented with a Guinness World Record for making the 2022 edition of the match “The Most Watched Live Sports Event on YouTube.” Now, the Sidemen have placed it upon themselves to make this year’s event numbers even bigger — starting with the venue.
This year, the match will see an upgrade from last year’s Charlton Athletic’s The Valley, a League One stadium with a capacity of 27,000 fans, to West Ham’s London Stadium, a Premier League ground that seats over 67,000 people.
Despite the drastic jump in capacity, tickets to the match sold out in just 90 minutes.

While this may mean greater entertainment for the audience member, the jump in venue size, as well as the expected live-viewer numbers, will only benefit the main and most important reason why the match is even played in the first place – raising money for charity.
Like every year, the match will send and direct all proceeds and earnings to charity and the 2023 edition will be benefiting the Teenage Cancer Trust, Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and Rays of Sunshine.
