What are INDOCHINO suits made of?

We only use Australian Merino Wool for our suits as no other wool can surpass its quality. Renowned for the fineness of their wool, Australian Merino Sheep have been bred for generations with specific harvesting standards that produce the finest and softest wool in the world.

What is the average price of an INDOCHINO suit?

Indochino is known for it's made-to-measure menswear, with suits being the most popular option. Priced at $359 to $549 , Indochino offers seasonal wool suits, tuxedos, and classic year-round colors.

Can you return INDOCHINO suits?

Every INDOCHINO purchase is backed by our Fit Promise. If your order does not fit how you like, let us know and we will make it right. Contact our Customer Experience team and we will guide you through the process. Please note that we don't offer refunds as each garment is based on your measurements and customizations .

Is INDOCHINO a Chinese company?

Our immersive multi-channel experience enables customers to order their custom garments with ease online or in-person at one of over 80 showrooms across North America. We are proudly headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, with offices in Dalian, China , and employ over 600 people globally.

Can they fix an INDOCHINO suit that is too small?

If your garments require alterations, please book an "I need a Final Look" appointment at one of our showrooms, or contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving your order to start a Fit Claim .

Can you tailor a suit after buying it?

Yes. But, keep in mind that they may need to reduce width throughout the entire sleeve in order to retain proportions if the alteration is drastic . This 'small job' just got expensive! For minor changes, it's a fairly common, simple alteration.

What to do if a suit doesn't fit?

How to fix it: Size down if they are too baggy all around, or get a tailor to hem them and/or take them in . Most dress pants come unhemmed, so they have to be hemmed when you first buy them anyway. Make sure your tailor knows you only want a single break. If they aren't quite right, re-hemming them is an easy fix.

Are INDOCHINO suits shatnez?

We are not able to produce certified Shatnez-free suits at this time . Our suits often contain wool, and sometimes contain (or are made entirely of) linen.

Are INDOCHINO suits half canvas?

As far as canvassing, while it is not plastered all over their site, Indochino does use a half canvassed construction (more on this here), and if you land on the right page, they do explain this. Again, for comparison, SuitSupply also uses half canvassed construction.

What material are high-quality suits made of?

Just be aware that high-quality suits can be made of wool, cotton, linen, silk, cashmere, mohair, and various blends of these materials . Lower-quality suits tend to be made with synthetic cloth, such as microfiber.

Are synthetic suits good?

Some people argue that polyester blend suits are able to take more wear and tear than a wool suit. Largely, this depends on the construction and the quality of the suit but, in a general sense, it is likely true that a polyester suit is better for frequent, harsher use than a wool suit .
